Lesley has worked with us for well over 17 years and was originally Yard Manager. Although part-time now, she is still a very valuable member of the team. There have been many horses set on the “right road” through her understanding, patience and consistent handling.
Lesley has helped with the training of many many members of staff too – some of which have gone on to successfully run their own yards and businesses using the principles and standards learned whilst at Hixham Hall.
